How much does a website cost?
$99 a month with nothing down and no setup fee. That is 10 to 15 pages, hand-coded, with hosting, SSL, your domain connection, unlimited content updates, maintenance and monthly reporting included. Most Cincinnati agencies quote $4,000 to $30,000 up front.
Is there really no money down?
None. No deposit, no setup fee. You pay $99 on the day you start and $99 every month after.
How long am I locked in?
The website is a 12-month term, because I build 10 to 15 pages up front and charge nothing down. After that it continues month to month. Review automation and local SEO have no term at all. Cancel any service with 30 days notice.
Do I own my website?
Your domain is yours from day one and stays in your name. The website itself becomes yours to keep once the first 12 months are complete.
Can I update the site myself?
No, and I would rather say so now than surprise you later. These are hand-coded, so there is no dashboard to log into and nothing to break. You email me a change and it is usually live the same day, at no extra cost.
How long does it take to build?
One to two weeks for most sites, depending on how quickly we get through content and feedback.
