Does a rebuild cost more than a new site?
No, it is the same. $99 a month, nothing down, whether the site exists already or not. There is no separate redesign fee, because replacing a site is the same work as building one.
Will my current site go down during the rebuild?
No. The new site is built alongside the old one and you see it before anything changes. The switch happens once you have approved it and takes minutes.
