My name is Yoshua Meatchem, and I’m the owner of Cincinnati Web Designs. I began my journey into programming with the goal of achieving financial independence and becoming a digital nomad. With a Bachelor’s of Science in IT Software Development from the University of Cincinnati and experience working for two Fortune 500 companies, I wanted to create a business that allowed me the freedom to travel while helping others succeed online.
I'm a proud Cincinnati native, and love working with real people to accomplish real goals. I pride myself in responsive customer service. When you choose to work with me, you work directly with me. I become your personal guide and contact to help you take your website and digital presence not just to the next level, but a place where you are proud of yourself and your work.
Tahj began his journey into tech through a passion for video games and building custom PCs. That early curiosity grew into a drive to understand how systems work — and how to make them better. He earned his degree in Software Development and Networking/Computer Systems from the University of Cincinnati, graduating with a focus on supporting and creating meaningful user experiences.
He began his professional career as an intern at Siemens and went on to work there for two years, gaining meaningful experience as both a web developer using Angular and a Salesforce developer. Today, Tahj supports systems and leads development projects at General Data, where he continues to expand his skill set across platforms and technologies.
Tahj brings a thoughtful approach to his work, blending technical problem-solving with a love for design and user experience. Whether it’s building tools that streamline workflows or crafting clean, intuitive interfaces, he believes technology should feel as good as it functions.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Tahj still calls the city home. Outside of work, he enjoys digital art, exploring new creative tools, gaming, and discovering new ways to bring design and development together.
