Nine free image tools.
Nothing is uploaded, ever.
Every one of these runs entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. Your images never reach a server, which means no sign-up, no watermark, no queue, and no question about who else can see your files.
Compress, convert, resize
Image Compressor
Reduce file size without visibly losing quality. JPG, PNG and WebP, with an adjustable quality slider.
Image Converter
Move between JPG, PNG and WebP. Pick the output format and, where it applies, the quality.
Image Resizer
Resize to any dimensions, by pixel or percentage, with the aspect ratio locked unless you unlock it.
Direct format conversions
The same converter, preset to one pair, for when you already know exactly what you want.
PNG to WebP
Smaller files, transparency kept. The right default for logos and icons.
JPG to WebP
Typically 25 to 35% smaller than the JPG at the same visual quality.
WebP to JPG
For email, print, and older software that will not open a WebP.
WebP to PNG
Lossless, for editing or when transparency has to survive.
PNG to JPG
The biggest saving available on a photograph saved as a PNG.
JPG to PNG
Lossless, for repeated editing or when you need transparency.
The files never leave your device
Most free image tools work by uploading your file to a server, processing it there, and sending it back. That is a reasonable way to build one, and it means your image sits on someone else's machine, under someone else's retention policy, for some length of time you are not told.
These do the work in the browser instead. Nothing is transmitted, which is why they still function with the network disconnected, and why there is no file size limit beyond what your own machine can hold in memory.
Images fixed, site still slow?
These solve one cause of a slow site. If yours is sluggish for reasons you cannot see, call and I will tell you what is actually going on. Websites are $99 a month.
